JAT is providing a full spectrum of construction management support services to Jacobs Project Management Company, the Construction Manager for the Cobb County Water System Capital Improvement Program. JAT's onsite personnel assist with all aspects of preconstruction and construction services and provides general administrative support.

General administrative services:

  • Document control

  • Tracking projects within the CCWS management info system

  • Extensive interface with internal and external customers

  • Preparation of draft agenda items for Cobb County BOC

  • Daily bulletins

  • Development of standard operating procedures

Preconstruction services:

  • Preparation of bid documents

  • Advertisement for bid

  • Coordination of document distribution

  • Preparation and distribution of addenda

  • Receipt of bids for construction projects

  • Coordination of site visits/pre-bid conferences

  • Preparation of bid tabulations

  • Preparation of notice to proceed

  • Preconstruction conferences

  • Contract documentation

Construction services:

  • Processing invoice payments/posting in MIS accounting system

  • Preparation of change orders and/or supplemental agreements

  • Various field reports

  • Project meeting minutes and distribution

  • Processing of locate requests
