City of Atlanta, Department of Aviation & Department of Watershed Management

Since 2007, JAT has played an integral role in development, execution, and management of the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management Small Business Development Program (SBDP). Completion of this program prepared participants for subcontracting and prime contracting opportunities. Based on its significant success and the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation’s need for a similar program, a combined and expanded program has been established to serve both departments.

As the primary consultant, JAT is providing program support services in a joint venture with ASG III. The new DWM/DOA Small Business Development Program includes operational and technical training that can be shared and specialized training for both departments.
