Municipal Court Support Services

 JAT is assisting Peachtree City with a backlog of municipal court disposition reporting. JAT professionals, GCIC (Georgia Crime Information Center) certified, are providing high-level court support to research and rectify the backlog. They are also providing consultation to the Court Clerk and Solicitor regarding codes and court processes.

JAT professionals are assisting in alleviating the backlog of disposition reporting, as well as serving as resources in both court processes and training. Their responsibilities include:

• Reviewing Department of Driver Services (DDS) error batches in CourtWare and additional codes/statutes that require correction

• Assisting in locating DDS legislative updates for 2015 and 2016 to update CourtWare

• Answering day-to-day questions concerning court processes such as FTAs, code descriptions, and statutes

• Preparing a reference guide with instructions on how to use the Criminal Case History (CCH) system

• Training staff assisting on CCH open cases

• Retrieving dispositions from Courtware and update CCH open cases
