JAT is providing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting assistance to the West Georgia Regional Library System in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, budget development, payroll, quarterly financial reports, and audit reports.

JAT is performing a wide variety of accounting support activities, including the following:

  • General ledger entry for accounts receivable/accounts payable

  • General ledger posting of for daily cash reports

  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts payables

  • Preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports for all Library Branch Managers

  • Preparation of reports for quarterly board meetings and review with Library Director

  • Importing budget into accounting system

  • Providing required reports from accounting system and supporting documentation as needed for audits
